just curious...
I am one of the few people who, despite being very much involved in equine art and heavily influenced by horses, does

not have any regular contact with them at all. I could not really be described as a horsey person!

I have a horse and even if I haven't been able to visit him in about 2 months, I think about him every day. He's the reason I'm who I am and right now I'm struggling with efforts to keep him as the economy is going a little bit down here. Horses are and will be a big part ofmy life andhopefuly of my art too!

Not sure what I fall into, I have owned, broken, worked with and ridden horses, but I currently live in the city and do not have any contact with them...boo!

I'm right smack dab in the middle of those two options. I have never owned a horse, but I have ridden them off and on for years. Plus during summers off I try and find work at barns and stables. I love horses, draw horses, but can't have horses(no money or land)... so I live a horse person's life vicariously through others, lol.

maybe I should have made a middle option lol! I'd say you are closer to a Yes, since you make an effort to be involved with them! If you can ride well, you're a horse person

I'd say you're a horse person then, definitely! You have experience with them I am a terrible rider and don't know much at all about horse care... just the odd little things I pick up from my horse-owning friend.

I'm not an equine artist really, but I voted anyway
I love horses and ride them whenever I get a chance - my sister's always had horses too which helped the love.
Even if I didn't ride them or had aspirations to own one in the future, they are still very inspirational and beautiful animals for art.
