I am feeling a little more optimistic about things lately... not usually my style, but what can I say
I have a few drawings in the works which are going well, and generally I'm feeling good about the state of my art.
I am off to Paxos again this year, June or July I'm not sure... but in the meantime I've decided to save up for a Canon EOS 350D so I can take better pictures this time round. I swear the last lot off the crappy Minolta did the place no justice whatsoever.
I've been thinking about what I'm going to do with myself, and if I get on with the camera, I might look into freelance photography. Animal work would be nice, but I've found I enjoy taking pictures of all sorts of things. Fashion is appealing too. Need to find me some willing models
it's a competitive field and it doesn't happen overnight, but worth looking into...?
of course being able to drive would be a big help... I made a first step by going behind the wheel for the first time last week. It was the coolest thing I've done so far this year! Now I just have to get over the road fear...
my best friend and her boyfriend (who I live with) are getting married early next year... and yes I will be a bridesmaid.
so yeah. I might go so far as to say things are good, as opposed to 'okay'.
here is a question-answer thingo I borrowed from =boribaby. you know you love 'em

No, really! I'm sane! Well, that's what the voices tell me...

Knowledge is Power. Power Corrupts. Study Hard. Be Evil.
It's great to know everything's going well, and I can't wait to see your stuff in the works!
I'm learning to drive, too. I just started a couple months ago. The first time I drove I just about had a heart attack when I went through an intersection, lol. Now I can even merge onto the highway with only a little bit of hyperventilation and that's all, lol. You'll get used to it.
Congrats and good luck!

Just be yourself, if you have to change to make people love you, then they don't love YOU they love the person they want you to be.
Well, here's hoping everything goes well for you and continues to do so!
